Once you are ready, reach out through my contact form and fill me in on the amazing day you have planned! Whether you are ready to book me or would just like to ask some questions, I’d LOVE to talk more with you! Just an FYI, I tend to book up 8-9 months in advance and I only take on 25 weddings a year, so be sure to reach out ASAP!
03 LET’S CHAT
I will respond to you within 24 hours and we can start talking next steps. If you would prefer to set up a call or Facetime, we will schedule that as soon as possible. I’ll answer any questions you have, sort through all the details, and really get to know your vision and what you are wanting!

From there, I’ll send you my pricing guide which covers everything I offer. I do not have specific packages, it is all a DIY experience around here because each couple’s day is different! You’ll be able to choose hours of coverage + any add ons. I will recommend what I suggest to you based off the priorities you’ve shared with me. Once you’ve decided on a package, I will send over a proposal with a contract and invoice. I require a signed contract and $1000 down in order to reserve your day!

07 PLANNING
One month before your wedding day, your final payment will be due. After receiving this, I will email you my pre-wedding questionnaire! This bad boy covers all parts of your wedding! Your answers will help me get an in-depth understanding of your vision and priorities for the day. It is super fun and simple to fill out together with your partner as the big day gets closer. In this questionnaire, we will finalize your timeline and make a family photo shot list so that I always know where to be and who should be there! On the day of, I want you to just have fun and I’ll take care of the rest! All this prep is done weeks before the wedding so that you feel no stress leading up to your day.
ITS WEDDING DAY! 08
Since we did all the prep in the questionnaire, all I have to do is show up and shoot! I guide and direct during formal moments like family photos, bridal party photos, and portraits with the two of you. During the rest of the day, I am a fly on the wall capturing all those in between, meaningful moments.
09 SNEAK PEAKS
Nobody wants to wait months to show off their wedding to the world! That is why I guarantee a preview gallery within 7 days after your wedding. My preview gallery has about 50 images from your day + a slideshow that you can share with all your family and friends. Don’t worry, I got you! I know you can’t wait to show your boo off on the gram!
DELIVERY 10
Final delivery of your album will be in 6-8 weeks. I take time to fine tune, edit, and perfect each image. Your gallery is delivered through an online platform where you will be able to share the link with any of your guests.

I am a HUGE advocate for not letting your photos die on a screen, and that is why I give all my couples access to the highest quality of prints, albums, canvases, and more. I’ll send a little discount code so you can treat yo’ self and preserve your day!

Frequently asked questions
Do you have payment plans?
Yes! Once you pay your retainer of $1000 for weddings, or 50% for elopements and sessions, I can set up a payment plan for you where you can seperate the final payment into small payments each month leading up to your day. All payments must be made 30 days before your event.
How will I receive my photos?
All photos are delivered through an online photo gallery called PicTime. You will be able to download the photos website or high resolution so you can print, share, and store the photos. You can also share this link with any family or friends so everyone you’d like can have access to your gallery! This really allows people to be present on your wedding day and not feel the need to take iPhone photos! You can leave all the heavy lifting to me! Your gallery is also linked to a personalized store where you can order prints, albums, canvases, and more.
What is your turnaround time?
I guarantee sneak peaks of all weddings and elopements within 7 days of the event and then the remaining gallery is delivered within 6-8 weeks. Session turn around time is 4 weeks.
How many photos will I receive?
I guarantee 100 images an hour. So if you have an 8 hour wedding (my most common package), I guarantee a minimum of 800 photos.
What island are you based out of and do you travel?
I am based out of Oahu and yes yes yes I travel! Traveling to neighboring islands is easy peasy, and I do it often! I charge a $200 flat travel fee and that will cover all my extra expenses. No hidden fees here. For mainland and international travel, reach out for a customized all inclusive travel quote.
What if we need to cancel or reschedule our wedding (#covid)?
All retainers are non-refundable, but I allow any couple who is affected by the pandemic to reschedule free of charge. I have happily rescheduled many clients due to the pandemic and am here to work with you through your wedding planning process!
What experience do you have as a photographer?
From the time I was young I have been doing photography. I started interested in landscapes, then portraiture soon followed. In 2017, I officially started Sheyanne Lyn Photography LLC and since then I have photographed over 75 weddings and over 60 couples sessions. I have a 100% 5 star review record and all of my clients have loved their experience with me. I feel confident shooting in all lighting situations and prepare my couples ahead of time with many resources so they are prepared to get the most out of their wedding photography investment.
What is your editing process like?
Each photo is hand picked, fine tuned and prepared before delivery. All of the photos will be run through lightroom where I will edit colors and the overall feel of the photo. From there, I run the image through photoshop to remove any objects that could be distracting just to ensure the images are focused on you two and your love! (Just an FYI: For personal beliefs, I do not photoshop bodies { aka make you skinnier, buffer, etc. } because you are fabulous just the way you are and I want to celebrate that!)
How involved are you in the planning process?
Involved as you’d like me to be! I have an open door policy meaning you literally can call, email, text, DM, whenever and I am here for you! I’ve had brides send me photos of them at their fittings asking for advice, had grooms asking me for gift recommendations, and had sisters contact me to help plan surprises! Literally, I am here to support you in whatever way I can.
Do you give vendor recommendations?
Of course! Once you book, I will mail you out my 30 page Wedding Guide full of all my tips and tricks on how to have a smooth and effortless wedding! Inside of this guide I give all my Hawaii vendor recommendations.
How soon do I need to book?
Summer dates tend to book up 1 year in advance while other dates fill up about 8-9 months in advance. Sessions tend to book up 3-6 months in advance. I limit myself to 25 weddings a year in order to ensure I am totally present for all of my couples so I highly suggest reaching out ASAP to see if your date is still available!
What do you do if there is bad weather?
Hawaii is known for 7 minute rain storms! Haha I have only had to cancel for weather 1 time in my entire career because the weather here changes so quickly and honestly some of my favorite sessions have been in the rain! For the most part though, you can typically shoot in all Hawaii weather but if for some reason we would have to reschedule, we can reschedule for a different day! No worries at all!
