The Studio Team exists to make the Sheyanne Lyn experience more accessible, whether you’re working within a smaller budget or Sheyanne is already booked on your date. It’s a thoughtful option designed to meet you where you are, without sacrificing intention, care, or artistry.
Each Studio Team photographer is hand-trained by Sheyanne and selected for their calm presence, refined eye, and ability to capture moments with honesty and emotion. They photograph with the same level of intention and attentiveness, while every gallery is personally edited and curated by Sheyanne to ensure the final work reflects the studio’s signature style, storytelling, and emotional depth from start to finish.

Q: What is your approach to posing & directing?
My approach to posing is gentle, intuitive, and never overly structured. I’m there to guide you, not stage you. I’ll give just enough direction to help you feel confident and natural, while leaving space for real moments to unfold. Think of it less like “posing” and more like being guided into movement, connection, and the in-between moments that actually feel like you.
And I also feel like its a right of passage that my couples all tell me how awkward they are and you can see in my portfolio, no one looks awkward!
Q: What is your booking process like?
Once you inquire, I’ll send over my packages so you can explore what feels like the right fit. From there, you’re welcome to book a call—an easy, no-pressure way for us to connect, get to know each other, and make sure it all feels right.
To reserve your date, I simply need your wedding date, event location, and the package you’re considering. From there, I’ll create a custom proposal for you to review, sign electronically, and submit your retainer. For weddings, a $2,000 retainer secures your date. Once your contract is signed and your retainer is received, your date is officially yours—and you’re all set.
Q: How early should we book?
My average couple books about a year-18 months before their date. I take on 15-20 events per calendar year (depending on the amount of travel). I recommend reaching out as soon as you have your venue secured to check availability.
Q: How and when will we receive the photos?
Your images will be delivered through a private online gallery, where you can view, download, and share everything with ease. You’ll have access to both web-size and high-resolution files, so whether you’re posting, printing, or saving them for years to come, you’re fully covered. You can also share your gallery link with family and friends so everyone can experience the day alongside you.
All couples have the options to purchase custom designed albums, or printed products from my professional printing shop or can print their photos wherever they'd prefer.
How involved are you in the planning process?
Involved as you’d like me to be! I have an open door policy meaning you literally can call and email and I am here for you!
I intentionally only take on a certain amount of year so that I can be there to support my couples. Whether its helping with timelines, outfits, or vendor recommendations I am always there to help. I always collaborate with planners ensuring your wedding day runs smoothly and how you envision. I am here to support you in whatever way I can!
